This painting was a follower-submitted reference photo! The weather did not allow us to see much around SLC on our Utah trip, but I wanted to paint another piece that would hopefully resonate with people from the area. This one flowed very naturally for me, I absolutely love painting mountains, wildflowers, and sunsets, so I was in my happy place haha. The reference photo was taken near Big Mountain Summit.
