We woke up before sunrise to see the first light hitting Delicate Arch in Arches NP – it was so worth it! The arch glowed golden, and I knew I had to capture that in the painting. This piece challenged me (I don't often paint with orange!) and I did a color study before starting to help plan it out. You can see more photos here!
