I created this painting in Glacier National Park! My husband Charlie and I spent a few days camping outside of Glacier and found this spot tucked away off of a trail. There truly was no one around (Charlie went for a hike) and I painted away in the quiet – it was very serene until I heard loud rustling in the trees next to me. I quickly got my bear spray ready and started saying “hey bear” as I internally panicked, when out popped a cute little marmot. 😅
